John leads EDGE Ventures with a conviction that the most important lessons are the ones individuals live, not the ones they're told. Under his leadership, the company has delivered world-class, structured experiences to schools and organisations across the region.

At the heart of John's approach is a simple belief: everyone can be braver, more capable, and more resilient than they realise. Through meaningful, real-world experiences, he is committed to helping individuals discover their potential, build confidence, and embrace new challenges.
